Apply along and into the damaged clear coat. Work quickly, the car scratch repair pen cures in direct sunlight.
Apply at temperatures above 55 degrees (F)
Quickly wipe off excess with a dry paper towel as the car scratch repair pen can cure quickly.
Allow to dry in sunlight until dry (1-48 hours). May require deeper scratches
